Artist bio
Art has played an incredibly significant role in shaping my life, and it’s difficult for me to imagine a world without it. From a very young age, I was exposed to various forms of art, but it wasn’t until later in my teenage years that I was able to learn about and appreciate the art of my own culture.
As I grew older and began to explore my own identity more deeply, I found myself drawn to traditional Hopi art. Through my exploration of this art form, I have been able to travel to new places and meet a wide variety of people from all different backgrounds. In doing so, my understanding of what it means to be Hopi has been deepened and enriched in countless ways.
For me, art is about so much more than just brush strokes and pen marks. Through my art, I have come to a deeper understanding of the concept of duality, and the two worlds that I inhabit. By exploring this theme in my work, I have been able to gain a complete understanding of the complexities and nuances of my life, and have been able to connect with others who share similar experiences.
Overall, Hopi art has been an incredibly important aspect of my life, and has served as a savior of sorts. It has allowed me to express myself in ways that I never thought possible, and has helped me to connect with others in ways that I never thought possible. I am grateful for the role that art has played in my life, and I look forward to continuing to explore and express myself through this powerful medium.
